I forgot to fix those links, but sounds like you've got it under control, just shows each renamed of the same product, and I hoped this would be just randomness from them and they do have cert, I would think originally so, why would our selected model be lowest number at 0267 if it wasn't certified first?
So I do have diagrams but a lot is in the PIC design and component 'modules' from Chinese available parts.

I have to outfit the .com, but you could use WordPress on one of them and then you could pretty easily publish stuff, and it could be easily 'tagged' from the portal.
Only reason I suggest that, we need that WordPress function no matter what, any help putting a face on this would really help.
I have Bootstrap/Angular templates to create the home and other pages on the .com, the common elements we need:
A. color scheme/look and feel/likable existing site to project basics for all web/app/portal/business cards, etc. (need this look and feel first)
B. don't see direct websites for safego or safegosystems but we do need to fully cement our corporate paperwork and make sure we have the right domains.
C. If we stepped over somebody else's naming , we can transition to another variant of SGS.
D. logo design of SafeGoSystems or the final name, a placeholder for shape and size will work for all initial setup
E. Finalize the SafeGoSystems Amazon account.
The Amazon account is the most important for us to forge ahead. Since you are going for a true Amazon product, that is the key for starting a Developer license and status.

We need not only an Echo which is our room basis, but we need a full-up Alexa product with all the bells and whistles to make it the 'entry' for our stairway here.
It would be best for both units to be purchased through the SafeGoSystems Amazon Business level account.

Amazon uses an AI process where all these things describe us, we need to present a maximum profile by registering the most capable device first, that lets you into the door for the Development stuff, that way they sift through your intentions, you have to push money onto their poker table, then they let you have an account. That first device is what you have access to also, so you want this to be the more full-up device.
Then we (developers) will truck through getting all the best Skill API/SDK stuff.

That full-up Amazon device is best for you and Craig to use at home and start interacting.
Without doubt, if you start installing skills for any domestic or generic skills, you would be helping us flesh out how our SGS skill should sound, look, and most importantly interact.
Important also is the use of Amazon's more premium features like the Prime Music, that would seem to be a model for how you request streaming products, something we will have to work with in our concierge type skills, guests want either their own personal style stuff they are used to at home, or they want a 'processed' no-fuss approach.

I have a lot of documentation and things relating to Fire Codes, regarding laws and formats of things that are mandated for every hotel room to have, different resources that I will hand off stuff as uncluttered as I can.

There is existing a complete device portal going online with the website.
This is self-editing portal in principle of WordPress, more advanced in the way it lets you create and modify your own active pages.
It has an extensive database structure, well thought out. The database file is self-contained SQLite, the portal switches between five major schemes including MSSQL.
If we expand into the areas to support Hotels. By reviewing the structure of our existing database, and see the already set-up tables for hooking in stuff to users/devices/hotels.
Then, with Administrator password the entire structure of the portal can be edited directly as you navigate and create pages.

Currently I do have trackers/pendants operating and the tracking system based on a GSM type of model, configuration, speed, altitude, battery level, location, etc. I am sending a Sim card, or a tracker and Sim card active to operate as a device in our portal, fully registered through our provider.

Since this would be for the pendant tests, I will make sure you end up with that combo working.
As we grow our voice/text provider 'functions' and the Alexa skills, it will mostly be tested by the combination of Alexa voice, pendant button and interaction, and both web and phone app parts.
I am not going to be able to do this where I am at, we need to sharpen this process up in a real environment test.

Keep in mind, your scenario for the next step is with an echo here or there so we can test the Hotel stuff also. This eventually includes some of the light controls in the electric sockets (IOT devices) that we would use at the Hotels for alert or concierge control.

I created the new Model of the Devices (Alexas or trackers or phones), and the method of extending that from existing portal pages, means we will treat Hotels, (bldg., tower, floor, room) structure, Guests already as Users, and the Devices already mentioned. For us, we are going to be mapping the Devices over to the new Hotel database, this will also support the idea of things like the smart smoke alarms, we can map devices to Floors or Buildings, not just Rooms.
The big thing about doing those smart smoke alarms, it all works wifi, and the smoke alarm in the room knows what location the fire is detected. This is an existing product in the marketplace, but it seems an obvious thing we should at least be able to integrate with and our servers to treat it as an alert.

The outline is to point out that we have ways to look at other information, there is a working MSOffice interface (Word, Excel, Access documents in and out),
the entire thing is one multi-project solution in Visual Studio minimum 2015, rebuilds no-fuss quickly.

For a lot of what will be public website, I use a full Creative Cloud subscription from Adobe and use Dreamweaver to support the Bootstrap/Angular designed pages, that gives way to many fully-capable pages fitted into the portal or at least using the database and our data.

If it seems I am pushing too hard here, this is a wagon that needs wheels fixed and somehow to be pulled down the road.
These things are a starting point, but I get the feeling that most of what I am saying is making sense to you.
Again I have fractionally approached these issues, some of them need authoritative and final resolution soon.

Be specific about other needed parts and info here, the company needs a Dropbox and/or OneDrive.
Then I can put in the common files and receive other stuff.
Since you are really the pivot of our company administration, I need you to be the 'responsible entity' in any accounts, we should shift even the GoDaddy profile to fit the proper officer within our company.

I do feel absorbing Amazon's model of how the system block diagram works and making a SafeGoSystems diagram based on that is a good way to go. I will further that process.

There are a lot of holes in the road that will come up, but I think this gets us out of the driveway at least.
