    "Html": "<p>Yes, all of this is written up in the <a href=\"http://cheeso.members.winisp.net/DotNetZipHelp/html/24077057-63cb-ac7e-6be5-697fe9ce37d6.htm\">documentation</a>.&nbsp; DotNetZip uses the AES&nbsp;/ Rijndael algorithm, in key lengths of 128 or 256 bits.</p>\r\n<p>It also uses the &quot;Zip 2.0 classic&quot; encryption, which isn't very good encryption at all.&nbsp; Because of that I doubt that Zip Classic encryption is covered by export-control treaties.</p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>",
