    "Html": "<p>Hi Vikas,</p>\r\n<p>I'm having trouble parsing your English, and as a result I'm not clear on the problem you are experiencing.&nbsp; However, it seems that the problem you are having is not at all realted to DotNetZip.&nbsp; Something about the GAC and a reference, and so on.&nbsp; This is not a DotNetZip problem, it seems to be a basic application construction issue.&nbsp; Maybe you could google for \"How to add references to assemblies in the GAC\" or something similar.&nbsp;</p>\r\n<p>But, I think you probably should not be using the GAC.&nbsp; There's really very little justification for doing so.&nbsp; If you think you need the GAC, you're probably wrong. If you think it's a good&nbsp;idea, you're probably wrong.&nbsp; &nbsp;This guidance is completely independent of DotNetZip - putting an assembly into the GAC is almost never a good idea.&nbsp; &nbsp; Double-check your requirements and assumptions there.</p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>",
