    "Html": "<p>No , none that I know of.</p>\r\n<p>The problem, I suspect, is that Windows doesn't know how to handle UTF-8 encoded zip files. WinRar does. DotNetZip does.</p>\r\n<p>But anyway yours is a Windows question so you might get a better answer asking on a Windows-oriented forum.</p>",
