    "Html": "<p>I don't know much about WinRAR, and I'm not sure it supports UTF-8 encoded zip files.&nbsp; I thought it supported UTF8.&nbsp; Maybe make sure you have the latest version.</p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>",
