    "Html": "I just downloaded the 1.6 developer version of DotNetZip.  Not being familiar with it, I was pleased to see the .chm file but it consistently returns the error above.  The Contents, Index and Search tabs seem to function perfectly but the display panel on the right always shows this error.  What am I doing wrong?\r\n",
