You may see an Error:<br>\r\n&quot;This program cannot display the webpage.&quot;  or, &quot;Address is invalid.&quot;<br>\r\nIf this happens, it's probable that you encounter problem with Windows<br>\r\nprotection of files downloaded from less trusted location. Within<br>\r\nWindows Explorer, right-click on the CHM file, select properties, and<br>\r\nUnblock it (button in lower part of properties window).</p>\r\n<p> </p>\r\n",
