    "Html": "Yes - it comes from having downloaded the project.  The warning about &quot;not trusted&quot; applies to not just Visual Studio project files, but to anything you download.  For example, you can get a similar &quot;not trusted&quot; warning when trying to open the .chm (help) file.  <br>\r\n<br>\r\nTo avoid such warnings, Right click the file, then click Properties, and click the Unblock button at the bottom of the property dialog. <br>\r\n(This works in Windows Vista, not sure about WinXP). <br>\r\n<br>\r\n        \r\n",
