Zip documents uploaded via our website and save the .zip file on server. These are done on a .aspx page.</span></span></p>\r\n<p style=\"margin:0in 0in 0pt\"><span style=\"font-size:small\"><span style=\"font-family:Times New Roman\"><span style=\"\">&nbsp;&nbsp; </span>2). Make the zip file available for download - add a &ldquo;download&rdquo; button on web page. When it is clicked, a download window should be popped up.</span></span></p>\r\n<p style=\"margin:0in 0in 0pt\">&nbsp;</p>\r\n<p style=\"margin:0in 0in 0pt\"><span style=\"font-size:small;font-family:Times New Roman\">However, when I click the button, I got an error: &ldquo;You are not authorized to view this page&rdquo;.</span></p>\r\n<p style=\"margin:0in 0in 0pt\"><span style=\"font-size:small;font-family:Times New Roman\">&nbsp;</span></p>\r\n<p style=\"margin:0in 0in 0pt\"><span style=\"font-size:small;font-family:Times New Roman\">We were using SharpZipLib before and we do not see this message. </span></p>\r\n<p style=\"margin:0in 0in 0pt\"><span style=\"font-size:small;font-family:Times New Roman\">&nbsp;</span></p>\r\n<p style=\"margin:0in 0in 0pt\"><span style=\"font-size:small;font-family:Times New Roman\">Is something I am missing? Do I need to set access permission of zip file while saving it?     "Html": "<p>Hi Wendy,</p>\r\n<p>I would love to help you but I don't really get what the problem is.</p>\r\n<p>I don't know what button you are clicking or why you might be getting the &quot;You are not authorized...&quot; message.&nbsp; Often that message is presented by ASP.NET when you don't have the filesystem security set up properly.&nbsp; But I cannot say for certain since I don't know, really, what you are doing!</p>\r\n<p>If you have some more specific questions around DotNetZip I can try to help.</p>",
