      "Message": "As far as I can tell: Infozip's zip.exe supports the creation of split archives.  Infozip's unzip.exe does not support the extraction of split archives.  WinZip's tools support both.  I've added tests for Infozip creation + DotNetZip extraction, and winzip+dotnetzip creation+extraction in both directions.  ",
