      "Message": "Hi,\r\nI went a paid for a Verisign Code Signing Certificate because I wanted to apply for the Windows 7 Client Software Logo program, and apparently that program only accepts Verisign code signing certificates.  But thanks for the note about the free one, I'll remember it.\r\nRegards\r\nKeith",
