    "Description": "Hi,\n\nI am trying to use the ionic.zip.dll to zip files from my vb 2010 program. It all seems to work well, except that the time shown for the file within the zip file is 1 hour greater than the last modified time for the original file. I think this may have to do with daylight savings time vs standard time (?) since this happens with files modified last in April or June but not with a file last modified in February. Any suggestions? (I am using version 1.9.1.8 of Ionic.zip.dll). \nThanks.\nMary Leathem",
