      "Message": "try the following:\r\n\r\n- make sure, your path where the chm is located does not contain characters like #, e.g \"c:\\c# samles\". In these directories the html-content cannot be displayed correctly\r\n- right-click on the chm.file, select Properties. Make sure to allow access to its content (to be found in main tab, at the bottom, something like \"security: allow\" or s.th. like that. \r\nI don't know the correct wording as I use a german system, where it is \"Allgemein\", \"Sicherheit\" and \"zulassen\"\r\n",

      "Message": "When you open up the CHM file, you may be prompted with a security dialog.  If you click \"OK\" without clearing the checkbox that reads \"always ask before opening this file\", you will get some ill effects.  The help file contents will read \"Navigation to the webpage was canceled.\"  \r\n\r\nIf you clear the checkbox before clicking OK in the security dialog, the CHM will display correctly.  \r\nSee also this blog post. http://msmvps.com/blogs/installsite/archive/2007/08.aspx\r\n",
