      "Message": "First, I wanted to say that I find your tool very helpful! \r\nWe use it to transfer files over the network. When the files are very large, we need to break them into chunks, and then reconstruct data on the other end. So, to be able to persist and restore the exact timestamps is important, and, if there was a way to set the properties to the exact values, that would simplify things, otherwise I need to convert them to local times, and then, when converting back, there is slight difference and I need to compare TimeSpan instead.",
