"Message": "Further to my original post, I have tried both flavours of self extract behaviour and can't seem to get exactly what i'm after. I would like the end user to be oblivious to the unzipping process and not have to interact with the unzipping process after double clicking the archive - so not the winforms application flavour. The console application flavour seems closer to what i'm after, but it leaves a console window hanging around that looks a bit odd, could this be hidden? The location the files are unzipped to is irrelevant, however the user's profile seems like a good default.\r\n\r\nFinally i would like the unzipped archive to be deleted after the postExtractCommandToExecute has completed, so all that remains is the original self extracting .exe\r\n\r\n\r\n",

"Message": "Hmm not really. A progress bar would be good though.\r\n\r\nYou open the exe -> get progress bar whilst application is unzipped to profile -> application starts -> on shutdown unzipped files are removed\r\n\r\nI only want to ship one file and don't want to use Windows Installer.",
