      "Message": "Hmmm.... I understand the problem but I don't know what a better behavior from DotNetZip would be.  The fact is the COM tests need regasm to succeed in order to proceed.  The exception that gets thrown seems appropriate given the circumstances. \r\n\r\nWhat better could the test code do? \r\n",
